Cross-cultural Study on Creativity Motivation is being conducted by the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg along with participants of at least 10 countries. To understand the motivation mechanism of creativity, we raised the concept of Creativity Motivation which contains behavior, motive, and resource component. In addition, this study provide a systematic view of the interaction between individual’s creativity motivation, creativity mindset, creativity confidence, environmental factors and how these factors affect individual’s creativity achievement. All in all, the cross-cultural study on Creativity Motivation study tries to contributing new knowledge of the motivation factors related to college students’ creativity in an international context.
